Process

How every
project runs.

The same six steps for a 500-word certificate and a 500-page regulatory submission. Consistency is not accidental.

Six steps.
No shortcuts.

01
Brief

You describe the document: type, source and target language, intended use, and any deadline or format requirement. We determine subject matter category and specialist availability.

02
Quote

Fixed price and confirmed delivery date within one business day. Includes translator profile and scope definition. Work does not begin until you confirm.

03
Specialist assignment

The document is assigned to the appropriate specialist: legal to a law-background translator, medical to a life science specialist, technical to a field engineer. Not to a generalist.

04
Translation

Translation proceeds to the agreed scope. Clarification questions are sent promptly if ambiguity is encountered, rather than resolved by assumption.

05
Review

Independent proofreading by a second linguist. For medical, legal, and certified work, a full ISO 17100 review by a second qualified specialist. Always.

06
Delivery

Delivered digitally in the original format (DOCX, PDF, XLIFF, SRT, etc). Certified translations include sworn documentation. Project archived 12 months.
